[LM_NET] preschool aides-importance of

This may be off topic but I have a pre-K teacher just come to me quite upset 
because they do not want to provide an aide for her next year.  She will be 
teaching a Kindergarten readiness classs.  Safety is the first thing that comes to 
my mind.  But does anyone have some solid reasons or tell me where she can get 
resources to support her concern.  She would like to get this mailed to the 
administrators this afternoon.  She has quite a list herself but is looking for 
anything she may have overlooked.
