[LM_NET] Question on H.S. Faculty Graduation Regalia

Hello again,

We have just started the tradition of our faculty wearing graduation regalia to our 
high school ceremony.  We lead the seniors into the gym wearing the traditional 
black gowns with the hoods from our universities.  We have been wearing the mortar 
boards and tassels as well, but someone has asked if we could ditch the hats.  I 
felt that it should be an all or nothing proposition, but my principal asked me to 
do some research.  Nothing so far.  Anyone out there know what the answer might be?
