[LM_NET] interview questions

Hi esteemed group,
I am going to be the LMS in my middle school in the fall. I also am sitting on the 
interview committee to select the person to replace me in my &th grade reading 
position. I need at least 3 really good questions to ask during the interview 
committee. Of course, I will ask about opinions on collaboration... their 
familiarity with books for this age.. I would appreciate any 3 really good 
questions you would ask.. if you were in my position.
