[LM_NET] I am puzzled

I posted a question to this same address (LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU), with the 
subject "Student News Program & Grant".  I never saw it appear in the digest 
version of LM_NET, to which I subscribe.  I did, however, receive a couple of 
response from some people but am just wondering why I never saw the posting myself. 
 Someone please let me know if I am not doing something properly.
