[LM_NET] School News Program & Grant

I need some assistance, please.  I am currently enrolled in a specialist program 
and one of our group assignments is to write a grant proposal.  We would like to 
write a grant proposal for a student news program.  If you have any information 
that you can share with us, that would be wonderful.  We need a list of equipment 
and software (costs too, if you have it) that would be needed.  Also, if you have 
any grant opportunities that you are aware of, that would be helpful as well.
