[LM_NET] Target: Directory of Public Libraries

This request is actually from my father. He is wanting see a directory of names and 
addresses of public libraries in the U.S. It could be online, or it could be in 
paper format. I keep thinking that there must be such a thing, but do you know what 
it is called and where to find it?
