[LM_NET] Research on the effects of Reading Counts

For my children's lit class I am doing my final project about the effects of 
Reading Counts programs in the schools.  My professor would like for use to use as 
many research based articles as possible.  I have found some but not enough.  Does 
anyone have any helpful hints or suggestions as to where I might try to look?
