[LM_NET] TARGET: 5 year plan

Dear Netters
Our school district is trying to put together a "long term" plan for the 
library.THe questions :  How did you go about this from start to finish? Who 
was on the committee? How long did it take to put together? Did it help when 
applying for grants? What were the benefits? Finally, would anyone share a 
copy of their "long term plan"
