[LM_NET] Access to student homework

I hope I am asking this clearly --
  but 
   
  Anyone found anything that does all of the following:

1. allows teachers to post homework
2, then easily allows other teachers, administrators, etc. the ability to see what 
homework is assigned to students based up specific criteria --
such as beta club sponsor can see all  students who are in the beta club 
assignments, coaches can see their team homework assignments, etc.
3. needs to be web accessible and customizable by these groups so club sponsors, 
resource teachers, etc. can see whatr homework is assigned to their students --

no one wants to go to 47 different teacher websites to look at what student 
homework is
