My current favorite lunch is a bean burrito and fruit.
take a small whole wheat tortilla, fill with 1/2 Cup of fat free refried
beans (from a can or homemade depending on my schedule). Add a 1/2
ounce of shredded cheddar cheese. At work, microwave for 1 minute and
top with yummy salsa. It is low fat, high protein and high fiber and
"sticks with me" all day so I don't go searching for a snack in the
afternoon!
