I am enjoying reading these very much, mostly because we are still on
vacation! <grin> I am not crazy about lettuce so I like to make what I call a
Bulgarian/Greek salad.
Chop the following
Cucumber
Tomato
Green pepper
Add
Feta Cheese
Black Olives
I usually make a big salad and eat some for dinner one night and take the
rest to school for a couple of days. Dress it as you like. I am quite fond of
a Greek vinaigrette that I found recently in my local market. Enjoy!
