I am enjoying this thread, but alas, I am one of the guilty parties that
doesn't stop to eat lunch. Today I actually spent "lunch period" with an
unbuttered bagel in one hand and putting up a new hallway display with my other
hand! I can't eat anything that is messy or requires thinking (tee hee) because
I'm usually multi-tasking at my desk while choking something down! With
wearing so many different hats, I just don't have the time to get everything
done. Coming in any earlier isn't really an option, but I do stay late most
days. There still is "never enough time". Such is life in a small, Catholic
school! "It's not a job, it's a vocation!" LOL
Keep those lunch ideas coming... maybe "someday".....
