I have a horrible tendency to buy healthy foods and then throw them away when they
end up rotting in my refrigerator; however, I have found that I can enjoy salads
almost everyday without buying tons of different veggies. I buy the bagged romaine
or field greens and then stroll through the salad bar at my local grocery store to
collect my favorite toppings. Then through the week, I just grab a handful of
bagged, prewashed lettuce and toss on a handful of the salad-topper medley that I
got at the salad bar. It lasts for an entire week, and I have very little (if
anything) to throw away!
