A different twist on tuna:
Drain off water or oil from small can of tuna, mix with mayo or Miracle Whip and a
large, fresh apple (washed, cored, chopped into small pieces - leave peel on for
more color and fiber). Pack in a small plastic container and keep chilled. Serve
with crackers if desired. 1 or 2 servings.
This makes a slightly sweet, crunchy and refreshing change from the standard tuna
with relish and/or onion.
