[LM_NET] TAR: ELEM: Looking for a book

    Dear LM_NETters,

    I have a student looking for a book that's not ringing a bell with 
    me.

    All he could tell me was that his sister loved it when she was his 
    age, it's a about a mouse (possibly one whose wife has died) 
    and it had a purple cover.  Neither of them know the cover.  
    He's going to try to get a few more details from her tonight, but 
    in the meantime, I thought I'd ask.
