I now realize that I should not have used the word "evaluate" !
What I'm really looking for is a checklist / comprehensive set of
questions for a *novice* to use when doing a "survey" *(e.g, overall
view) of a sample school library site.
e.g.: local community demographics, school population, library
facility, collection, schedule, procedures and policies, etc.
