[LM_NET] Federal Grants for IB Programs

Good morning everybody!  I am hoping someone out there
might be able to help me find some informatin that a
teacher requested help with.  She heard when President
Bush visited NC a little while back something about
there being federal loans available to help fund IB
programs in schools.  I am having a fairly difficult
time sorting through the information that is on the
internet to find something actually regarding such a
grant program.  If you find anything you can contact
me off the listserve at my school account.
If anyone out there could help me out with this I
would greatly appreciate it!  Thanks in advance.
