[LM_NET] ELEM>book title

One of our elementary teachers is looking for a book that she read last year 
from our collection that has ducks in it and a witch that tries to teach 
them magic but the magic doesn't work well.  There may also be a bank 
robbery of some sort in it.  Does this ring any bells?  Thanks so much.
