[LM_NET] TARGET: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory elementary library orientation idea

In a recent HIT, someone mentioned a scavenger hunt/library orientation activity 
based on this book.  If that someone was you, could you please send me the details 
of your clues so that I may shamelessly borrow from you?  It sounded like a 
fabulous idea.  The golden ticket at the end could be their library card!
  School starts next week for us but I am deep into planning for those fixed class 
periods where I will be covering for teaching planning periods.  Help!
