My students are going to be doing a Hall of Fame for countries around
the world. Many of the books that we have used this year have a list of
famous people in the back. World Book used to have this feature, but I
have discoverd it has been taken out of both print and nonprint. I am
looking for a source where students can enter their country and find a
list of famous people. I know that this can be done @ biography.com, but
wondered if anyone had any other ideas. Gale Student resouce center also
has this ability, but we don't subscribe.
Thanks.
