[LM_NET] Target: Please repost - Date on a webpage

I loved the tip that came out April 3 or 4 about determining the date a webpage was 
last updated.  I thought I saved it, but I can't find it now.  I guess I hit the 
wrong button clicking too quickly.
   
  Please repost the instructions using HTML in the URL line to determine the date 
last updated.
