I gave each teacher a purple hanging file this year (one of our school colors) with 
Library already labeled on the top.  It has a bookmark with the library website and 
passwords, library passes, procedures to schedule classes, a list of all the types 
of AV equipment we have, a list of all the other types of supplies we loan, the 
bibliography sheets we have for students, etc.  Now they have everything in one 
place.  We will give one to each new teacher each fall.
