[LM_NET] Headphone Use with Computers

One of the technology/special education coordinators wants us to permanently
place headphones with computers in our lab.  I am concerned about this for
many differently reasons:
*       downloading of music, which is a big no-no at our school
*       playing of internet games
*       destruction of the headphones

We do not have a lab monitor, so we would be unable to watch all of the
computers at all times.  Do any of you have similar situations?  What do you
recommend?
