[LM_NET] Middle School Guitar Magazines

We received our first issue today of "Guitar One." My principal actually  
brought it down to the library and told me that he didn't think it was  
appropriate citing some pictures and something about death. He told me I could  
give it 
to the music teachers if I wanted.  I told him I would cancel the  
subscription which I did. One of my students had recommended it last year. 
 
Anyway, I know there are other magazines with this subject matter, i.e.  
Guitar World and "Guitar Player." Does anyone have experience with either of  
these? Or if there is something else that you can recommend, I'd appreciate  it.
