[LM_NET] need help locating "hot wheel" car program

I apologize in advance for my scattered-ness. I remember reading on one of my 
listservs about a promo or incentive program that involved Hot Wheels type cars. I 
just can't remember which listserv! If it was this one or someone remembers where I 
can locate the information on this, would you please e-mail it to me off list?
