[LM_NET] Higher-Order Assessment Items

Hello everyone. My school's two Master Teachers are looking for easy-to-understand 
information on writing higher-order multiple choice assessment items. I wanted to 
ask the collective wisdom of the list if any of you know of such animals. Any help 
will be greatly appreciated.
