I have a student at the high school who is ready The Book of NOD. It is a black
book that deals with vampires. The Assistant Principle wants to know if it is
appropriate for a high school student to read. We don't have the book in the
library-it is a book that the student brought from home and wants to read it during
our sustained-silent reading time. I guess another student saw the book and was
offended by it so he took his concern to the high school administration. Any help
about it would be appreciated. Brenda Lemon Chapman High School
