[LM_NET] Library School Assignment

For an assignment for cataloging class, I am to design the process, physical 
layout and equipment/supplies needed to catalog and classify materials.  I 
have been instructed to use Microsoft Word drawing features.  

How would you go about doing this assignment?  How do I design the process?
