[LM_NET] GEN: Ideas for outfitting classrooms with AV equipment

Our school's technology coordinator and I are trying to work out a
multi-year plan to equip classrooms with AV equipment, such as a TV,
DVD, VCR, and possibly a SmartBoard. Does anyone have any advice? Is
there anyone savvy out there that might recommend a certain route, in
light of changes that might occur in the near future?
