[LM_NET] RIF coordination

I have just agreed to be the RIF Coordinator for our school.  The previous 
coordinator is helpful, but I'm also wondering how other schools do 
things....  If you have any quick "words of wisdom" that you'd like to 
share, I would be appreciative.
