[LM_NET] PLACE exam in Colorado/Florida

FYI:  The following helped me out lots in studying for the PLACE exam in Colorado.  
Although the book was written for Florida with 125 sample multiple choice 
questions, probably 85% of it relates to Library Media Specialists in general.

XAM Teacher's Certification Specialist
Colorado State Teacher's Certification Exam (that's the only time you will see 
Colorado -- it was really written for Florida).
