[LM_NET] Middle: Online Graphic Novel

After reaching a dead-end on my LM_Net query of what happened to The
N-Ouch Comics, I did some research on sites utilizing Flash that would
offer an online graphic novel format to entice interest in the genre. If
such a site is useful to you, you might consider "Chip Tracer on
Assignement" by the Newseum folks (reviewed on MarcoPolo):
