[LM_NET] MO only- 65% rule

Missouri librarians, I believe I saw something come through somewhere regarding 
this, but have lost it.  Does anyone have a letter they have sent to Gov. Blunt 
addressing the inclusion of Library Media in "support services" and therefore 
excluding it from the 65% of monies focused on direct instruction in the proposed 
bill?  I could create one, but like I said, I thought I had already seen one 
floating around.  Thanks for your input.
