[LM_NET] GEN: copyright infringement insurance

This issue certainly may be just a pipe-dream, but has anyone heard of a 
company actually issuing copyright infringement insurance?  I've read some 
discussions

http://www.kaapeli.fi/hypermail/ecup-list/0650.html,  about it but have 
never seen any company offers.  It might be easier to just do things right 
in the first place.

It also works for the copyright holder; insurance against copyright 
infringement.
