[LM_NET] Book suggestion for sick MS student

There is a former student of mine who is sick with leukemia that I would
like to send a get-well goody bag to.  He is in 6th grade so I would like
some book suggestions.  He is a good student, an avid reader, likes
sports, acting, etc.  All-around good guy.  Please help.  TIA
