Mackin. I LOVE them! They usually have whatever I'm looking for, on-line
ordering, order tracking, and account information, on-line lists that you
can make and save for future ordering, free S/H, free processing, free MARC
records, great customer service, and pretty fair turn-around time. How cool
is that?? I used to use other companies, but now almost 100% of what I order
is from Mackin. (Nope, no kick-backs, just one very happy librarian...)

I have a major problem with Follett Library Resources. While my salesperson
is wonderful, the turn-around time is ridiculous, in my opinion. I sent an
order in online on April 15th, and have still NOT received it. I called
Monday and was told it was shipped that date. Now I call today, the end of
the week, and was told it was shipped yesterday! I called and left a
message for my wonderful salesperson, but I'm strongly considering moving to
another jobber.
Please let me know which jobber you use and why, if applicable. Thanks so
much--I'll be glad to post a hit, if requested.
