[LM_NET] Target: weeding the 973's

Good evening,
I would like to weed my 973 section, however I need some guidelines for this 
sections.  I looked at Sunlink & could not find this.  I may be searching it wrong. 
 Could you please tell me your guidelines for weeding the 973's of your collection.
