[LM_NET] TARGET-> ELEM. and GEN: Interview Questions

My name is Libby and I am an elementary library media specialist.  I was just asked 
to conduct interviews for candidates who are seeking to fill a second specialist 
position for my school.  What questions would you suggest that I ask the 
interviewees?  Prompt replies will be greatly appreciated as I have two interviews 
set up for three days from now.  Thanks so much!
