[LM_NET] Literary Landmark Dedication in Chicago - Don't miss it

For those of you who will be in Chicago on Thursday, let me recommend that you 
attend the FOLUSA (Friends of Libraries U.S.A.) Literary Landmark Dedication.  The 
group will be dedicating the Union Stock Yard Gate (Exchange Avenue & Peoria 
Street) as a landmark in honor of the upcoming 100 anniversary of The Jungle by 
Upton Sinclair.

This book is read by many high school students and lead to the passage of the Pure 
Food & Drug Act of 1906.  The event will take place at 2 pm.  All are invited!
