Hi folks - I have a strange request because I am helping out some one. A
district is trying to set reading goals for their k-6 and 7-12 grade
students in hopes of increasing the amount read and library usage. They
would like to know if there are any standards others have set concerning the
number of books circulated compared to the number of students enrolled. They
are looking for percentages. If you have such data or know where I might
locate this type of information would you please pass it along to me. Thanks
very much.
