[LM_NET] got the "go-ahead" to buy library furniture, now "what?"

My principal has given the go-ahead to purchase a magazine rack and newspaper
rack. But being a new librarian, I don't know where to look for these items.
I want quality and economy. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also,
the lighting is so poor in the library! Anyone have a suggestion (reasonably
cheap) as to how to get more light in the library?
