[LM_NET] Gen: Scaffolding Research

Hello All,

I am taking my first class in Library Science and Information Technology.  I joined 
this listserv as part of an assignment.  I though that I might as well use this 
opportunity to see if anyone can help me answer a question concerning another one 
of my assignments.  I am hoping to have some expert advice for those of you that 
have been there and done that! I have to have a thought provoking question, then 
create a scaffolding to get to the "answer."  I have read all of the information 
provided in the assignment.  I still do not understand the idea of scaffolding... 
is it like a webquest?  Anyone that knows of a site that would be helpful to a 
computer novice would be greatly appreciated.
