[LM_NET] TARGET>SEC--Reference vs. Nonfiction

This may not be as technical as some answers, but I have the reference section 
right beside the main entry of the elementary library... As I teach the library 's 
organization to students, I help them remember the reference section is where they 
go for 'quick answers'.
