[LM_NET] increase usage

I have had some changes in the way students come to the library and have seen a 
marked drop off in my numbers. Does any one have some ideas to help me make the 
library more attractive to my users? I think it is a physically attractive 
space,and I don't think I am too witch like, but I'm feeling lonely!
