[LM_NET] TAR: HS energy project in chemistry

Hi friends--

My friend the chemistry teacher brings me lots of business with various research 
projects, and she's been doing the same energy one for a few years now and is ready 
for new ideas.  

If any of you have seen/helped with a chemistry project involving alternative 
energy sources (solar, wind, geothermal, etc), could you give us some inspiration?  
She generally brings them to me for two days of research using our books and 
databases, and the project has been a 2-3 page paper.  She'd be open to just about 
anything.
