Here in Michigan, everyone is concerned about the MEAP, the state-wide
assessment test. The skuttlebutt is that the new version of the MEAP
will include text to text comparisons.
Does anyone have lesson plans they would be willing to share? I was
planning on comparing Taback's "This is the house that Jack built"
with Scieszka's "The book that Jack wrote." But I'm drawing a blank
for tomorrow's classes.
