[LM_NET] OT: Honor Roll

Just curious...
If a school has a list called the "A/B" Honor Roll..
would you include a student whose grades are all "Bs" and no "As"?
   yes?    no?

Our "A" Honor Roll has students who only have "As", no "Bs".
