Hi,
I am in my second year as a library media specialist in several elementary
schools. The beginning and majority of last year was mainly getting the
libraries up and running. I didn't do any library lessons until April, and at that
point it was mainly getting students use to the library and teaching them some
basic skills.
Since I will be starting this September on a normal schedule, I was wondering
if anyone had any guidelines or lessons on how they begin and proceed through
the year? I only have to target third graders.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
