[LM_NET] TECH: Screen capture video

[Sandy Beck <skbeck@CHARTERTN.NET>]

I need to be able to do a screen capture video, but I am unfamiliar with 
the programs available. Camtasia has been recommended, but it is a bit 
pricey for my budget. Is there a comparable program that is less expense?
