[LM_NET] GEN:children's book about having babies

There is a second grade teacher at my school who is looking for a book that
she has used to talk to her students about human reproduction. The book is
15-20 years old and is written for the elementary level 2-5. Picture book with
defintions. Pictures are like cartoon drawings. Sound familar  to anyone?
